The Leinster semi-final of Scor Sinsir was held on Sunday in Clonroche Co. Wexford, last Sunday Offaly were represented in the following competitions:
Rince Foirne: Birr; Airthriseoireacht/Scealaiocht: Eamon Franks, Shinrone: Bailead Ghrupa: Ferbane
The standard of competition on the day was extremely high, with Offaly having two winners on the day in Rince Foirne and Bailead Ghrupa. While Eamon did not win the Airthriseoracht/Scealiocht category, he can be very proud of his performance.
We wish our representative all the best in the Leinster Final on the 22nd March in The Solstice Theatre Navan, Co. Meath. Offaly will also be represented by Edenderry in the Traith Na gCeist.
The Leinster final is an all ticket event and tickets can be purchased directly from the theatre. Price of tickets if purchased before the 16th March are €10 for adult tickets and €5 children, after that date the price of adult tickets will be €15.
