The Management Committee of Offaly GAA is pleased to recommend Liam Kearns as the new manager of the Offaly Senior Football team.
Liam has previously managed the Limerick and Tipperary footballers and Offaly GAA are delighted to have someone with his experience and track record in charge of our senior team.
The Kerry native has been appointed for a three year term, and his selectors and backroom personnel will be announced in due course.
He was proposed to the Management Committee at a meeting on 11th August by a specially appointed sub-committee of Michael Duignan (Chairperson), Colm Cummins (Secretary), Dervill Dolan (Treasurer), Stephen Darby and Paul Rouse.
The decision will be brought to the next Offaly County Board meeting for ratification.
