There’s another big weekend of GAA action in store for Offaly teams.
Fresh from their famous victory over Dublin in the Leinster final, the Offaly Under 20 football team take on Cork in the All-Ireland semi-final in Portlaoise on Saturday evening, 31st July at 5.15pm. The game will be broadcast live on TG4.
Cork defeated Kerry and Tipperary en route to winning the Munster final, but Offaly will look forward to another challenge after victories over Wexford, Westmeath and then Dublin.
On Sunday, Offaly will be favourites to win the Christy Ring Cup when they meet Derry in the final at Croke Park. Throw-in is at 1pm and the game will be shown live on the TG4 YouTube page.
Despite some big wins so far this season, Offaly will take nothing for granted after the disappointment of losing the semi-final to Down in a penalty shoot-out last season.
