Following their promotion last season, Offaly senior footballers commence the Allianz Football League Division 2 season away to Clare on Sunday, 30th January 2022. The game will take place in Ennis at 2.00pm.
John Maughan and his selectors have introduced several members of the 2021 All-Ireland winning U20 team into this year’s squad and will be determined to retain their Division 2 status.

In the recent O’Byrne Cup, Offaly were defeated by Dublin in the first round, but followed up with victories over Longford and Louth.
