Leinster GAA staff members and experienced inter-county football goalkeepers, Damien Sheridan and Alan Mulhall have developed a video resource to assist the development of juvenile and senior goalkeepers alike.
This resource consists of 20 short videos that give examples of practical routines as well as key tips and advice to develop goalkeepers at all levels and is beneficial for coaches and players alike. In many cases, clubs do not have the luxury of having specialist goalkeeper coaches. This resource provides the knowledge and ideas that can assist them in preparing position specific training for this vital role in any team.
