The Leinster final of Scor Na Nog was held last Sunday, 12th January in the TLT in Drogheda.
Offaly had 3 representative in the final. Rince Foirne – Kilcormac-Killoughey, Amhranaiocht Aonair: Caithlin Minnock from Shamrocks and Traith Na gCeist – Raheen. Competition on the day was of the highest standard, as would be expected.
When the results was announced Offaly had won the Rince Foirne. This was the second year in a row that this group of girls won the final in Rince Foirne. They now go on to represent Kilcormac-Killoughey and Offaly in the All-Ireland Final on the 1st of February in the INEC in Killarney. We wish them all the best.

Offaly’s other 2 representative on the day were Caithlin Minnock from Shamrocks and Stephen Hackett, Sean Flood, Eoghan and Caoimhe Hyland from Raheen. They didn’t come home with a Leinster title they both put in a very highly competitive performance in the respective competitions.
