Offaly hurlers host Down on Sunday at Bord na Mona O’Connor Park in a crucial Allianz Hurling Division 2A game, with promotion to the top flight at stake.
Although Offaly still have to play Wicklow in the final round, they would be guaranteed to top the table should they win a fourth game in a row.
Already, Michael Fennelly’s side have defeated Meath, Kerry and Carlow with convincing displays. Nonetheless, Offaly will be wary of Down after the disappointment of losing the Christy Ring Cup semi-final on penalties in Newry late last year.
The game on Sunday throws in a 2.00pm and is available to watch live for €5 via this link: https://page.inplayer.com/offalygaafaithfultv/
