The All-Ireland Final of Scor na nOg took place on Saturday in INEC in Killarney. Offaly’s only representative was Kilcormac-Killoughey in the Rince Foirne. The quality of dancing on the day was of the highest standard as would be expected. When the results were announced it was the Munster champions Newcastle of Tipperary who were the winners. This group of girls can be very proud of what they have achieved reaching two All-Ireland finals in a row and they are still underage again next year.
The team was Elaine Lynch, Elizabeth Kilmartin, Ciara Kilmartin, Caomhe Quinn, Roisin Monaghan, Ciara B McCann, Aideen Quinn and Orla Kilmartin.
