Offaly’s Coaching Officer in conjunction with our Coaching and Games Staff will conduct an Underage Skill Development Programme. There will be an emphasis on age appropriate skill development supported by age appropriate skill assessment carried out by clubs who will be supported by Coaching and Games.
To formally launch this initiative there will be a meeting for all hurling clubs on Wed 27th Feb at 7.30pm in the Faithful Fields.
The skill assessment booklets will be made available to clubs for U7/U9/U11/U13/U15/U17.
Presentations will be made on how clubs can maximise the benefits of this approach.
This meeting is aimed at Club Coaching Officers and all underage coaches from Nursery to U17.
