Ferbane GAA Club – Youth S&C Course
Well done to all who took part in our brand new youth S&C course workshop in Ferbane GAA club Wednesday night. This event contained 1 hour of theory and participant led discussion followed by a great practical session in their Gym Space. The workshop is designed for all GAA clubs in Offaly regardless of facilities and is designed by our Performance GDA David Hare.
The aim of these workshops is to educate and assist our coaches on what can be done with very little equipment that can improve our young players.
This is the second such course run in Offaly over the last two weeks with over 25 coaches in attendance and several juvenile players.
